By downloading or using the My Star app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Eligibility
To use the My Star app, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to a contract. The My Star app is not intended for people under the age of 18.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the app and services. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, you hereby agree to bind the minor to these terms and fully indemnify and hold My Star Inc. harmless if the minor breaches any of these terms.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
As a user of the My Star app, you have certain responsibilities to use the app in a manner that does not harm other users or visitors to your store, vouchers.
You are solely responsible for the content you share on your page. "Content" includes links, images, videos, text, graphics, and any other materials you add to your page. My Star . assumes no responsibility for the links to content, terms and conditions, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites users link on their page. In addition, My Star . does not censor or edit the content of any third-party websites.
The content of the vouchers you build must be appropriate to the scale of your business, and you are fully responsible for the vouchers you provide.
3. By using the My Star app, you agree that you will not
- Do not violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not publish content that is misleading, deceptive, or likely to misinform a reasonable person.
- Do not publish deceptive content that redirects users to altered, hacked, or fake stores or vouchers, including "formjacking," "fake shopping sites," or "tech support scams."
- Do not publish content that does not belong to you in an attempt to pass it off as your own. If you publish someone else's work, you must provide the original source link.
- Do not send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing."
- Do not publish content that contains extreme acts of violence or is unlawfully pornographic or indecent.
- Do not advocate for bigotry and violence against any person or group based on race, religion, ethnicity, clan, tribe, sex, gender identity, sexuality, disability, or migrant status (discriminatory behavior).
- Do not use or authorize others to use scraping tools or other automated scripts to collect information about users, visitors, or My Star .
- Do not add content that contains harmful code, viruses, files, or programs designed to interrupt or damage the functionality of the app.
- Do not publish content that violates any laws or legal obligations or that could damage the reputation of My Star .
4. User's Conduct
As a My Star user, you are responsible for how your store is operated. Make sure it reflects your best intentions. You must not:
- Do not use your profile to promote illegal activities or goods.
- Do not use your profile to post or share content that promotes or glorifies extreme acts of violence.
- Do not use your profile to promote or engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior.
- Do not use your profile to engage in any other activity that violates these terms and conditions.
- Impersonating a store to publish worthless or fraudulent vouchers that harm the reputation and credibility of My Star and other users is prohibited.
If you violate any of these terms, we may terminate your account without notice or take other appropriate actions.
5. Sensitive Content Warning
We reserve the right to apply a sensitive content warning to content that we determine is unsuitable for all audiences. Examples of content that may receive a warning include but are not limited to, hate speech, violent or graphic images, and sexual content. Our determination of what constitutes sensitive content is based on our sole discretion.
6. Personal Data
The My Star app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our service. Metadata is stored encrypted and securely on My Star' server. In addition, We use third-party services, including Firebase, to store and process your data securely. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and other malicious programs. It could also compromise your phone's security features and prevent the My Star app from working properly or at all.
7. License to Use Your Content
When you publish or use content, store and vouchers using My Star widgets, you grant us a license to use, publicly display, distribute, of that content. We may also use your content to improve the My Star service, such as by developing new features or analyzing user behavior. privacy policy.
This license is perpetual, meaning that we can continue to use your content even after you delete it or close your account. However, we will only use your content in accordance with these terms and our

8. My Star . Intellectual Properties
You acknowledge that the app, its features, functionalities, and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyright, database rights, and trade secrets, belong to My Star . You are not permitted to extract, copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of it without our prior written consent.
9. App Performance
My Star . is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. To achieve this, we may make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always be transparent about any charges and their purpose. Please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the billpayer for using the app, in compliance with applicable laws.
From time to time, we may update the app. While we will make efforts to ensure compatibility with your device and operating system (iOS), we cannot guarantee that the app will always work with the version you have installed. We recommend that you always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you, in compliance with applicable laws. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device, in compliance with applicable laws.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
